Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled by S M TRADERS for purchases made through Tooltraders.

Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Consumables and opened safety equipment where hygiene is a concern
• Products without original packaging or accessories

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
